Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions about your GAMCA medical appointment or visa check-up procedures? Find your answers here.
GAMCA (Gulf Approved Medical Centers Association) medical appointment is a mandatory health check-up registration system for individuals seeking employment, work, or family visas in GCC member countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar.
You generally need your original passport (with a minimum validity of 6 months), a copy of your passport, a copy of your visa (if applicable), and passport-size photographs along with your appointment confirmation slip.
If you need to cancel your appointment slip, you can submit an appointment slip cancellation request through our Cancellation Request page, and our support team will process it within 24 hours.
Generally, a GAMCA medical fitness report is valid for 90 days (3 months) from the date of issue. You must complete your visa stamping procedures within this period.
The medical center is automatically or randomly assigned by the official system based on your passport details and location to maintain transparency and compliance with Gulf Health Council rules.
